After starting my detox on 1st February I've not found it too hard. The first day way very hard with no coffee or Coke as that's what I mostly drink. Instead I've been drinking fruit juice or water. Avoiding alcohol and chocolate has been easier than I thought though.
A bonus is that my wife has joined me. She's a smoker so she's not been able to give up smoking, or cut down for that matter, even though I hoped she would. She had a single moment of weakness one week in though and eat a chocolate bar!
So bring on the 1st March I say. To celebrate I may well have coffee and a big piece of chocolate cake!!!
