Detox Part II

After a pretty successful partial detox in February of this year I thought I would have another go. I think that being the summer, the issue I experienced with tiredness might not be such a problem with lighter evenings and getting out more.

I plan on cutting out the same toxins and junk food as last time. However, this time it will be for the month of August (31 days) instead of the exact 4 weeks of February.

I will cut out the following:
  • Coffee
  • Tea
  • Sweeteners (tablet and powdered)
  • Alcohol
  • Tobacco (easy one as I don't smoke ;-) )
  • Chips
  • Chocolate
  • Coke (diet/regular/caffeine free)

After the month, I'll let you know how I got on. Can I do it? Of course I can, I did it before.
