I plan on cutting out the same toxins and junk food as last time. However, this time it will be for the month of August (31 days) instead of the exact 4 weeks of February.
I will cut out the following:
- Coffee
- Tea
- Sweeteners (tablet and powdered)
- Alcohol
- Tobacco (easy one as I don't smoke ;-) )
- Chips
- Chocolate
- Coke (diet/regular/caffeine free)
After the month, I'll let you know how I got on. Can I do it? Of course I can, I did it before.
