The tiredness has arrived quite early but the surprise this time round has been headaches. I've had light headaches after the first day and even though pain killers seem to work, the headaches come back later in the day. I'm not sure if they are attributable to the withdrawl of caffeine or just coincidence.
The other issue is drinking. Having tried water, fruit juice, squash etc., I'm getting a bit bored. I really miss diet coke and coffee!
I've had the chance to eat chips on many occasions but have resisted and even eaten less, rather than eat the chips.
